Shrimp Game is an exciting Roblox experience inspired by the popular Squid Game series. In this game, you can compete against other players in a variety of familiar mini-games to earn in-game rewards. Staying true to the show’s theme, Shrimp Game features a hierarchy of roles, starting with regular players and culminating in the coveted position of the Frontman—a role you’ll have the chance to step into as well. Dive in and test your skills in this thrilling competition!
The Guard role is arguably the most intriguing and dynamic role in the game, offering players unique opportunities and exclusive privileges. However, many players may not know how to take on this role effectively. In the following section, we’ll guide you through the steps and strategies to excel as a Guard and make the most of this exciting gameplay experience.
How To Become A Guard
In Shrimp Game, there are two ways to become a Guard, both requiring currency. Each option has distinct advantages, so let’s break them down to help you decide which suits you best.
To explore these options, open the Select Role menu by clicking the button with the Frontman icon on the right side of your screen. Once inside, interact with the Guard option to view the available purchase methods.
Option 1: Using In-Game Currency
You can spend 2,500,000 in-game currency to play as a Guard. However, this purchase allows you to assume the role only once. After using it, you’ll need to save up another 2,500,000 in-game currency to buy the role again. This method is costly and time-consuming, as earning such a large amount of in-game currency requires significant effort.
Option 2: Using Robux (Real Money)
Alternatively, you can purchase the Guard role for 850 Robux (approximately $10.50). The key benefit here is that buying the role with Robux gives you permanent access. Once acquired, you can equip the Guard role anytime before a match without additional purchases.
If you’re unsure which option works best for you, consider purchasing the role once with in-game currency to try it out. This allows you to evaluate its advantages and decide whether it’s worth investing Robux for permanent access. If spending real money isn’t an option, don’t worry—we’ve detailed the primary benefits and privileges of being a Guard to help you make an informed choice.
- Guard Outfit – A red guard costume that will set you apart from other players.
- Guard’s weapon and the ability to kill players – In addition to the outfit, you will also receive a weapon – a submachine gun, which you can use to kill players if they break the rules of the game or lose.
- Total Immunity – You can’t die or lose in the games, you are not affected by any of the factors that affect regular players.
- Infinite Push – You will also be able to use the Push mechanic an unlimited number of times.
Note
On top of that, you will also have a duty to protect the Frontman. Regular players can sabotage and try to stop the game, so be careful to prevent this and successfully complete the competition.
